Your Tasks
This is where you show what you can do:
You take overall responsibility for the store and manage all day-to-day operations, from organization to business development.
Together with your team, you create a high-quality shopping experience, motivate your employees and actively support their development.
You keep an eye on sales, key performance indicators and inventory management and use these insights to take action to achieve your targets.
You plan staffing and resources efficiently, ensure smooth processes and continuously optimize store operations.
As a host on site, you represent the RÖSLE brand, lead by example when it comes to customer service and actively support your team in sales.
Your Profile
This is you:
You already have leadership experience in retail, ideally combined with completed vocational training in retail.
With your strong customer focus, confidence with numbers and organizational skills, you successfully manage your store’s day-to-day operations.
When working with employees, you communicate clearly and respectfully. You motivate your team, provide guidance and actively support their development.
You keep an eye on KPIs, inventory management and store operations and use these insights to take action to successfully manage the store.
You are confident using MS Office, staff planning tools, as well as common merchandise management and POS systems, and work in a structured way even when things get busy in the outlet.
You are fluent in Dutch. English is an advantage, while German is a plus but not a requirement.
An interest in cooking and BBQ is a plus and helps you present our products authentically.
